How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches out to Fieldsdead Windows & Siding should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Fieldsdead Windows & Siding
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please note that Fieldsdead Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@fieldsdead.skin and include:
- Your name and the way you prefer to be reached
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you are hoping for
After You Send It
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with contractors, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
